Hey there! I'm Nealy Glenn and my journey has been anything but a straight line – more like a winding road with some seriously exciting detours! It all started with a passion for storytelling. I earned my MFA in Acting from NYU and spent years chasing the dream in New York and Los Angeles, performing in plays, popping up in TV shows and commercials, and even dabbling in movies. I loved the creative energy and the collaborative spirit, and I also explored my creative side by writing and directing scripts and plays.

But then, life threw a wonderful curveball – my son! And with that came a desire for a new chapter. So, my two close friends and I packed up and headed to Nashville, ready for a fresh adventure. We took a leap of faith, bought an old building in downtown, rolled up our sleeves, and transformed it into our first event venue! It was a wild ride, but the success we found there inspired us to dream even bigger.

Fast forward, and we now have three amazing venues in Nashville! There's our original gem downtown, The Cordelle, the sleek and modern Saint Elle just down the way, and our newest addition – a charming 1809 property in East Nashville called Estelle, our smallest and most intimate space. And because we clearly weren't busy enough, we recently launched a mobile bar business, too!

While I'm still passionate about acting, directing, and writing (it's in my blood!), I've discovered a whole new kind of creative fulfillment in the world of entrepreneurship. I love the challenge of building businesses from the ground up, and I'm especially excited to share what I've learned with other creatives who are looking to turn their passions into thriving careers.
